How long does delivery take? +
We typically deliver within 5–8 business days across India. Custom frames may take 7–10 business days.
How do I track my order? +
Visit the Track Order page and enter your order number. You can also check your order status from My Account → Your Orders.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, any UPI app). Pay using our UPI ID or scan the QR code on the payment page.
Can I return or exchange a product? +
We accept returns within 7 days for defective or damaged items. Custom frames are non-returnable unless defective. Contact us on WhatsApp to initiate a return.
How does the custom frame builder work? +
Upload your photo → Choose frame style → Choose size → Review invoice → Pay via UPI → Upload screenshot. Your custom frame will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
Is my payment secure? +
Yes. We use UPI which is RBI-regulated. Your payment screenshot is stored securely and only accessible to our team for verification.
